Clean Room Operator
**Job Title: Clean Room Operator, $21.25** **Job Description** Join an innovative team as a Manufacturing Technician in the substrates department, contributing to the production of electronic boards for the medical industry. This role involves working in a clean room environment, operating various machines to ensure the production of high-quality medical devices. **Responsibilities** + Meet daily assembly and build targets while maintaining safety and quality standards. + Assemble products using specialized equipment, fixtures, work instructions, and test equipment. + Assist with testing and final packaging stages of wafers. + Handle materials, including refilling supplies and managing paste measurements. + Retrieve items from the Axapta pickling list. + Perform thickness, screen, and viscosity measurements. **Essential Skills** + Experience as a machine operator in a clean room environment. + Proficiency in medical device assembly and inspection. + Ability to operate medical machines and perform detailed inspections. + Familiarity with assembly and microscope usage. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High School Diploma. + Preferable experience in a medical device assembly firm. + 1 year of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical environment. + Ability to read, write, and speak English. + Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions. + No chemical allergies and comfort working with chemicals and solvents. + Ability to conform to clean room practices regarding apparel and personal hygiene. **Why Work Here?** Be part of a growing company that is set to double in size by the end of the year. The clean room environment requires wearing booties, a smock, a hair net or beard net, and gloves. The work environment is small and team-oriented. The position is for the first shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
