Clean Room Operator
**Job Title: Clean Room Operator** **Job Description** Join our team specializing in high-precision cleaning, thermal spray, and thin-film coatings. As a Clean Room Operator, you will work in a cleanroom environment operating cleaning, blasting, and etching tools to refurbish parts for the semiconductor industry. You will process parts using both chemical and manual cleaning methods, ensuring the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate cleaning, blasting, and etching tools in a cleanroom environment. + Assist with refurbishing parts for the semiconductor industry using both chemical and manual cleaning methods. + Perform receiving, processing, wiping, scrubbing, masking, chemical processing, machine operating, etching, blasting, coating, drying, baking, and other processes as required. **Essential Skills** + Experience in cleanroom assembly and production. + Knowledge of semiconductor industry practices and general labor. + Proficiency in chemical processing and media blast techniques. + Strong leadership and team lead experience with a minimum of 6 months in a similar role. + Ability to use microscopes, QC, QA tools, and micrometers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 1 year experience in manufacturing processes. + Experience working with chemicals. + High school diploma or GED required. + Desired experience in parts cleaning and coating technologies. + Media blast experience is highly preferred. + Physical capability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift up to 40 lbs. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from competitive healthcare, dental, vision insurance, and 401K plans. Be prepared to work shift schedules between 4 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Sunday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
