**Job Title: Clean Room Assembly Technician** Job Description Join a dynamic team as a Clean Room Assembly Technician in a state-of-the-art facility that specializes in electronics manufacturing for the medical device industry. Responsibilities + Stand 100% of the time in front of a pneumatic powered assembly/shuttle line. + Handle circuit boards and various hardware moved by the pneumatic shuttle. + Read job sheets to accurately place parts in designated locations on circuit boards. + Hand place dime and quarter-sized pieces from bins into circuit boards. + For Operator A: Stand at workstations placing parts the size of push tacks on circuit boards. + For Operator B: Operate SMT machines or run testing machines on finished boards. + For Operator C: Perform soldering tasks throughout the day. Essential Skills + Operator A: Minimum 1 year work experience in a production/manufacturing environment. + Operator B: Minimum 1 year work experience in roles such as CNC, SMT or PCBA operator, wire harness tech, solderer, electronics repair/assembly, wire puller, or automotive electrical work. + Operator B: Ability to read from job sheets. + Operator C: Minimum 1 year work experience as a solderer. + Ability to work with small parts and maintain good hand dexterity. + Availability to work on Saturdays. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Stable work history in a production role (no recent jobs under 1 year unless a strong anchor exists within 1-2 years). Why Work Here? Work Environment The production floor is entirely clean room rated, providing a quiet environment with all movements facilitated by pallet jacks. The facility is air-conditioned, ensuring comfort during work hours. Available shifts include the 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and the 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m., with the possibility of required Saturday work. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Holly, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
