Our client, a leader in the optical components industry, is seeking a Clean Room Assembly Operator to join their team. As a Clean Room Assembly Operator, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting the production of cutting-edge holographic optical components. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a customer service orientation that aligns successfully with our organization.
**Job Title:** Clean Room Assembly Operator
**Location:** Ann Arbor, MI
**Pay Range:** $17.50
**What's the Job?**
+ Assemble holographic and optical components using precision tools
+ Follow detailed schematics, blueprints, or work instructions
+ Wear appropriate cleanroom garments
+ Report anomalies or process deviations to engineering or quality terms
+ Utilize predetermined methods and setups to perform tasks, recognizing and communicating any deviations.
+ Comprehend work instructions and follow processes without deviations.
**What's Needed?**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience with holographic components.
+ Experience with cleanroom - preferred.
+ Knowledge of customer service principles for positive interactions.
+ Ability to monitor the quality of one’s own work with attention to detail.
+ Capability to manage time effectively while multitasking.
