CLEANROOM ASSEMBLY EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Job Description
Join our team as a Clean Room Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling medical tools in a meticulously clean environment. This position requires the use of hand tools and involves working with small pieces to ensure precision and quality.
Hours
2ND SHIFT ONLY
Monday-Friday: 2:30 pm -11:00 pm + OT, some Saturdays
ResponsibilitiesInspect hex tips to ensure quality standards are met.Insert hex tips into nose cones using a hydraulic press.Apply Teflon to clutches using a hydraulic press for smooth functionality.Assemble torque wrenches with precision.Install screws to complete the assembly process using a screw down machine.Adjust torque on wrenches using a torque tester for accuracy.Install caps to finalize the assembly.Conduct final cleaning and packaging of completed wrenches.Essential SkillsExperience in production and assembly processes.Familiarity with GMP standards and clean room procedures.Ability to work with medical tools and small components.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
You will be working in a clean room environment where wearing a head gown and full bunny suit is required. The dress code prohibits makeup, jewelry, and perfume to maintain the sterile conditions necessary for medical tool assembly.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newbury Park, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
