⨠About the RoleWeâre looking for skilled Cleanroom Assemblers to support the production of precision medical products such as IPGs/pacemakers, catheters, subâassemblies, and complete catheter builds.
Youâll work hands-on under a microscope, assembling and soldering extremely small components while following strict quality standardsâall inside a stateâofâtheâart clean room.
đ§ What Youâll DoRead, interpret, and follow detailed work instructions and production drawings.Assemble IPGs/pacemakers, catheters, and subâassemblies in a controlled cleanroom environment.Perform microscope work and use small hand tools with precision.Complete visual inspections and document work accurately.Trim parts, solder wires and pacemaker enclosures, and prepare products for shipment.Support multiple projects and adapt to different build requirements.đŻ What You Bring3+ years of medical device assembly or manufacturing experience.1+ year of hands-on soldering or welding experience.Strong communication skills for reading, recording, and following documentation.Ability to document work in travelers, QMS, or ERP systems.High school diploma or GED.Excellent hand dexterity, patience, and comfort working with small components under a microscope.â Bonus Skills (Not Required, but a Big Plus!)Experience assembling catheters or guidewiresFamiliarity with cleanroom standards and protocolsStrong documentation and inspection skillsđź Why Youâll Love Working HereEnjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you both at work and at home:

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
