As a Forklift Operator / Material Handler, you’ll be at the center of seed production, handling everything from harvest to packaging and shipping. 🛠️ What You’ll Do

Receive and process crop trucks during harvest (Sept–Oct)Clean combines and support harvest operationsSupply seeds to the Conditioning departmentApply treatments, label, tag, bag, and palletize seeds (Nov–Mar)Enter inventory data into computer systemsStage and ship seed productsRetag and re-bag returned seeds (Apr–Aug)Inspect and wash pro boxes for reuse

✅ What You Bring

Knowledge of production agriculture or plant operationsAbility to work safely while maintaining seed qualityStrong decision-making and teamwork skillsForklift experience preferredReliable transportation and punctualityAbility to lift/push/pull up to 60 lbs and work in varied environmentsWillingness to work long hours, rotational shifts, and overtimeEffective communication skills and a positive attitude

This is a Contract position based out of Sikeston, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
