Clean Room Assembler
Job Title: Clean Room AssemblerJob Description

In this role, you will be responsible for reading work instructions and reviewing drawings to build catheters, sub-assemblies, and complete catheter builds within a clean room environment. Your tasks will include working under a microscope, completing sub-assemblies, using small hand tools, documenting processes, visual inspection, trimming parts, and final packaging of products. This position focuses on the commercial build side.

ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret work instructions and production drawings.Build catheters, sub-assemblies, and complete catheter builds.Work under a microscope for precise assembly tasks.Perform visual inspections and document processes.Use small hand tools for assembly and trimming parts.Complete final packaging of products.
Essential Skills1-3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to read work orders and follow production drawings.Proficiency in documenting work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.Hand dexterity to work with very small pieces, requiring patience and diligence.High school graduate or GED equivalent.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with catheter and guidewire assembly.Experience working in a clean room environment.Ability to adapt and work on various projects including IPGs or catheters.

Work Environment

The company operates in a modern, state-of-the-art facility with a clean and welcoming break room. The work environment is dynamic, with opportunities to engage in new product development, assembling IPG or pacemaker units, and working on diverse projects. Most tasks are performed in a clean room under a microscope, ensuring precision and quality. The shift is Monday to Thursday, 5 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
