Job Description
Join our team as a Clean Room Assembler, where you will play a crucial role in assembling medical tools. This position involves working in a meticulously maintained clean room, utilizing hand tools, and handling small components to ensure precise assembly.
ResponsibilitiesInspect hex tips for quality assurance.Insert hex tips into nose cones using a hydraulic press.Apply Teflon to clutches with the aid of a hydraulic press.Assemble torque wrenches with precision.Install screws to complete the assembly process using a screw-down machine.Adjust torque on wrenches using a torque tester.Install caps onto assembled tools.Perform final cleaning and packaging of completed wrenches.Essential SkillsExperience in production and assembly processes.Knowledge of GMP standards.Ability to work efficiently in a clean room environment.Familiarity with medical tool assembly.No certifications required.Work Environment
You will work in a clean room environment, requiring a head gown and full bunny suit. The dress code prohibits makeup, jewelry, or perfume to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
Schedule
1st Shift Opportunity: 5:00AM - 1:30PM, up to 2 hours of overtime.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newbury Park, California.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
