Job Description
Join a dynamic team responsible for assembling and distributing small part medical devices. As a Production Clean Room Technician, you will be pivotal in achieving target production levels, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. The role involves inspecting parts, packing products, performing quality control, and assembling tubes for IV bags used in medical facilities.
ResponsibilitiesAchieve target production levels while maintaining product quality.Inspect parts and pack products for distribution.Perform quality control and assemble tubes for medical devices.Make minor repairs to tooling and equipment to ensure product quality.Conduct inspections of parts and complete paperwork for batch control.Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and perform duties safely.Essential SkillsPrevious manufacturing experience.Experience with measurements and math.Ability to learn, comprehend, and implement Lock Out/Tag Out safety and quality procedures.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to operate equipment/tools requiring close control and adjustment.Capability to move to different lines and responsibilities as needed.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean room environment with limited supervision, cooperating with other shifts and departments. The team-oriented setting requires wearing a gown, pants, and a brand new pair of shoes left at the facility at all times. Operate equipment safely and comply with all safety, quality, and production requirements. Be prepared to work long hours, with shifts from 6am-2pm or 2:30pm-10:30pm, and occasional extended hours.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.50 - $16.50/hr.
