Join our dynamic team as a Clean Room Assembler, where you'll play a crucial role in assembling high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will be part of a team working on a manufacturing line, ensuring precision and accuracy in every assembly. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, performing inspections, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.

ResponsibilitiesAssemble products on a manufacturing line, collaborating with a team to complete assemblies.Monitor and operate semi-automated manufacturing processes and machines.Work across different lines including inspections, operating automated machines, sub-assembly/welding, and testing.Review batch records and monitor documentation for accuracy.Ensure a clean and safe work environment.Assemble insulin pumps using manual and electro-mechanical assembly techniques.Utilize small tools and a computer for data logging.Perform testing and troubleshooting of assembled products.Essential SkillsAttention to detail, especially when monitoring machines.Ability to adjust to different workstations in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with hand tools and assembly techniques.Experience in a cleanroom and production environment.Familiarity with mechanical assembly and medical devices.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a cleanroom environment with full PPE including a zipped jumpsuit, shoe covers, hairnet, mask, and gloves.

Shift Include

Monday to Thursday 4am - 2:30pm OR Monday to Thursday 3:45am - 2:15pm

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.40 - $17.40/hr.
