Job Description
The clean room assembler will play a crucial role in reading work instructions, reviewing drawings, and building innovative medical devices such as IPGs, pacemakers, and catheters. The position involves working under a microscope, using small hand tools, documenting processes, visually inspecting products, trimming parts, soldering pacemaker enclosures and wires, and final packaging of products. This role is situated in a new product development area.
ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret work instructions and production drawings.Build IPGs, pacemakers, catheters, and other sub-assemblies in a clean room environment.Perform tasks under a microscope, including intricate assembly work.Utilize small hand tools for assembly processes.Document work in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.Conduct visual inspections and trim parts as needed.Solder enclosures and wires for pacemakers.Final packaging of products.Essential Skills3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry.1+ year of experience with soldering or welding.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to document work accurately in relevant systems.Hand dexterity for working with small pieces, requiring patience and diligence.High school diploma or GED equivalent.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in clean room environments.Knowledge of catheter and guidewire assembly.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a clean, state-of-the-art facility with a welcoming break room. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 5am to 3:30pm, offering a first shift work pattern. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
