Direct Hire | Entry-Level | Multiple Shifts Available

A leading manufacturer in Clinton, PA is hiring for warehouse workers / production technicians to support its expanding operations. No prior experience or certifications required, just a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn.

Shifts Available:

Monday–Friday2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts)Multiple shift options available with competitive pay rates.

Pay Range:

$17.25 – $20.25/hour depending on shift and roleKey Responsibilities:Inspect parts coming off machines for quality assuranceDocument production data and report issuesRemove excess plastic materialPerform packing functions on a semi-automated linePackage plastic bowls and prepare boxes for shippingOperate touch screen computers to read error messages and clear faultsUse micrometers and calipers to test bowl wall thickness periodicallyRequirements:High School Diploma or GEDAbility to stand for 8–10 hoursComfortable using computers and touch screen devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)Additional Qualifications:No prior training or certifications required—training providedAbility to work in a clean room environment with required PPE (lab coat, hair net, gloves, etc.)Must adhere to dress code: no makeup, jewelry, piercings, shorts, tank tops, or scented productsWork Environment:Clean, organized, temperature-controlled facilityWorkstations may be standing or seated depending on the rolePPE provided and required for all employeesBenefits:11 paid holidays15 paid vacation days after 6 months401(k) match up to 6% plus stock optionsImmediate access to Blue Cross/Blue Shield health benefitsHealthy Choice reimbursement up to $100/year for fitness purchasesParticipation in wellness plans, charity events, and employee gatherings
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.25/hr.
