**Aerotek is hiring Entry Level Production Workers** _Direct Hire | Entry-Level | Multiple Shifts Available_ A leading manufacturer in Clinton, PA is hiring for warehouse workers / production technicians to support its expanding operations. No prior experience or certifications required, just a high school diploma or GED and a willingness to learn. **_Shifts Available:_** + Monday–Friday + 2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts) + _Multiple shift options available with competitive pay rates._ **_Pay Range:_** + $17.25 – $20.25/hour depending on shift and role **Key Responsibilities:** + Inspect parts coming off machines for quality assurance + Document production data and report issues + Remove excess plastic material + Perform packing functions on a semi-automated line + Package plastic bowls and prepare boxes for shipping + Operate touch screen computers to read error messages and clear faults + Use micrometers and calipers to test bowl wall thickness periodically **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED + Ability to stand for 8–10 hours + Comfortable using computers and touch screen devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.) **Additional Qualifications:** + No prior training or certifications required—training provided + Ability to work in a clean room environment with required PPE (lab coat, hair net, gloves, etc.) + Must adhere to dress code: no makeup, jewelry, piercings, shorts, tank tops, or scented products **Work Environment:** + Clean, organized, temperature-controlled facility + Workstations may be standing or seated depending on the role + PPE provided and required for all employees **Benefits:** + 11 paid holidays + 15 paid vacation days after 6 months + 401(k) match up to 6% plus stock options + Immediate access to Blue Cross/Blue Shield health benefits + Healthy Choice reimbursement up to $100/year for fitness purchases + Participation in wellness plans, charity events, and employee gatherings **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.25/hr.
