**Job Title: Production and Packing Associate** **Job Description** Join our team as a Production and Packing Associate where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our semi-automated production line. You will be responsible for inspecting parts, documenting production data, and packaging products according to order specifications. **Responsibilities** + Inspect parts coming off the machine to ensure quality. + Document production data and report any issues. + Remove excess plastic material from products. + Perform various production and packing functions on a semi-automated line. + Package plastic bowls and pack them into boxes according to order sheets for shipping. + Operate touch screen computers to read error messages and clear faults or stoppages on the line. + Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to test bowl wall thickness every few hours. **Essential Skills** + Completion of High School or GED. + Ability to stand for 8-10 hours. + Proficiency in using computers and touch screen devices, including smartphones, iPads, and Windows systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in assembly, packing, and production is beneficial but not required. + No previous training or certifications are required as training will be provided. **Why Work Here?** We offer comprehensive benefits including 11 paid holidays and 15 paid vacation days accrued after 6 months. The workspace is clean, organized, and temperature-controlled. Shifts are available on a 2-2-3 schedule and Monday to Friday with options for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. Note that makeup, hair products, jewelry, shorts, tank tops, and cologne/perfume are not permitted in this environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Clinton, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $20.25/hr.
