Our client, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate Attorney or Senior Counsel to join its dynamic and expanding Class Action Practice Group. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative and high-stakes litigation with a collaborative team of skilled professionals.

 

 

Candidate Profile

JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation with a focus on class actions Extensive experience defending class action lawsuits, including but not limited to: Employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and EEOC/DOL matters Wage and hour claims, statutory or common law privacy issues Products liability and consumer fraud disputes Exceptional legal research and writing skills A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to tackle cutting-edge legal issues

 

 

Key Responsibilities

Litigate a variety of high-profile class action cases, with a particular focus on labor and employment class actions Develop case strategies and provide support throughout all aspects of litigation, from discovery to trial Provide strategic counsel to clients on complex legal issues Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions Maintain direct client relationships and manage case teams effectively
