Job Title: Clamp Truck OperatorJob Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Clamp Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for staging, loading, and unloading materials while performing final quality checks to ensure accuracy and safety. This is a hands-on position in a brand-new, climate-controlled facility equipped with state-of-the-art automated equipment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSafely operate clamp trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.Ensure all units are properly banded and tagged before loading.Perform visual quality inspections and verify truck counts and paperwork.Stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers efficiently.Read and follow the Wet End run schedule to prepare correct rolls.Assist with prepping and handling damaged rolls and butt rolls.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.Unload trucks or railcars as needed, following all documentation procedures.Report any safety issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.Complete monthly online safety training.Essential Skills & QualificationsProficiency in operating clamp trucks, forklifts (stand-up, reach), and RF scanners.Experience in warehouse operations and material handling.Ability to read and interpret production schedules.Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.Flexibility to work extended hours as needed.Why Work With Us?Year-Round Job Stability– Permanent position with consistent hours.Exceptional Pay & Benefits– Affordable medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) with company match.Monthly Bonus Program– Average of $400/month, starting Day 1.Pay for Skills Program– Learn more, earn more.Weekly Pay– Plus paid holidays, vacation time, and overtime pay.Career Growth– Opportunities for advancement in a respectful, team-oriented environment.Work Environment
