If you're ready to elevate your career and make a real impact, this opportunity is yours! **Responsibilities** + **Operate clamp trucks and forklifts** to transport rolls from trucks and warehouses to the corrugator for seamless production. + **Identify and resolve** safety, quality, or production issues using provided tools to maintain a high-performance work environment. + **Work hands-on with minimal supervision** , showing initiative and a self-driven mindset to tackle daily challenges. + **Follow detailed instructions** while collaborating with the team to meet shipment deadlines and execute unloading within established guidelines. + **Strictly adhere to safety procedures** and take action if unsafe practices are observed among coworkers. + **Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and attention to detail** , ensuring every task is completed with precision. + **Communicate effectively** with operators, superintendents, the shipping department, and customer service to guarantee accurate, damage-free loads. + **Offload incoming shipments efficiently** , placing them in the correct location for smooth workflow and inventory management. **Essential Skills** + **At least 2 years of hands-on Roll Clamp Truck Forklift experience** , showcasing skill and confidence in equipment operation. + **Willingness to work overtime** , typically **60 hours Monday through Friday** , with occasional Saturday shifts to support production demands. + **Strong proficiency in measurement tools** , including reading measuring tapes and rulers, and applying **essential shop math** with precision. + **Ability to learn quickly** , follow instructions, ask the right questions, and collaborate effectively as part of a high-performance team. + **Exceptional attention to detail** and dexterity in controlling equipment to ensure materials are handled safely and **damage-free** . + **Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs** throughout the day, demonstrating endurance and physical capability for the role.
