Newsweek Recognizes Sedgwick as America’s Greatest Workplaces National Top Companies Certified as a Great Place to Work® Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance Claims Technician **Claims Technician** **Job Location: Remote (UK‑based only)** **Job Type: Permanent – Full Time (35 hours pw), No Weekends** **Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications** **We are looking for an experienced and confident Claims Technician to join our team in a fully remote, full‑time capacity.** In this role you will work within a specialist environment, you will be “loaned out” on secondment to both internal and external clients, providing expert claims support across a wide range of portfolios. This model gives you the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders while being fully supported by your Sedgwick team. This role offers exceptional variety: each assignment typically lasts between 3–12 months, allowing you to broaden your technical knowledge, gain exposure to multiple systems, and build strong relationships with clients across the UK. No two days are the same, and while the work is remote, there may be occasional travel to client offices for training, with all associated expenses covered. In this position, you will manage a caseload of motor and liability claims, such as Third-Party Personal Injury (both Portal and Non‑Portal), along with some exposure to property damage, employers liability, professional liability, credit hire, accident damage, and out‑of‑jurisdiction cases.
