Responsibilities
The qualified candidate must be able to provide immediate liability claim services for Walt Disney World Resort guests. Must exhibit outstanding customer service with an understanding of the importance of brand management. Day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to having the ability to conduct onsite investigations, evaluate liability case exposure and resolve claims directly with guests and attorneys. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to an audience and will be asked to provide training to leaders across the Resort and participate in initiatives to meet department’s goals. Candidates must be willing to have periodic on-call responsibilities, which in some cases will necessitate responding to incidents after hours.

Minimum 5 years of experience handling liability claims (Including Bodily Injury, Property Damage, Auto BI, PIP, Auto Property Damage, Discrimination, ADA Compliance and subrogation, etc.)Previous experience handling Florida claimsProven bilingual abilityRequired Education
