We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving transformation and operational excellence within claims management. This role involves leading multiple teams across different locations and supporting key initiatives to enhance efficiency and standardization in claims processes.
We will count on you to:
Manage and provide leadership to two Team Leaders and oversee approximately 5 to 10 operational team members.Oversee and coordinate the activities of the team based in India, ensuring smooth collaboration and performance.Lead the transition of work equivalent to a team of 10 colleagues to another center of excellence in India.Support the implementation of a digital claims submission tool to modernize operations.Drive the remodeling of claims business processes to enhance efficiency and standardization.Manage the transition of mid-complexity claims activities from the Paris office to the Warsaw Center of Excellence.Collaborate with and support a dedicated efficiency project lead to drive operational improvements.What you need to have:
Proven leadership skills with strong people management experience to effectively lead and motivate teams.Expertise in project management, capable of driving multiple initiatives simultaneously to successful completion.Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate and communicate effectively with diverse internal and external parties.Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage complex workflows and deliver results on time.What makes you stand out:
