The opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for customer focused individual to join our third-party management motor claims team.

This is a rare entry level role into the insurance industry.

About the role:

Identify suitable mobility solutions for third parties

Collect necessary information to progress a claim and determine liability 

Provide a valued service to third parties, increasing satisfaction

Communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders

Improve QBE’s reputation to promptly pay valid claims and provide quality customer service

Reduce claims life cycle

About you

Individuals with experience in customer service

Claims handling experience is a bonus but not essential

Experience with motor insurance is a bonus but not essential

Ability to communicate effectively with a positive and upbeat attitude

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent negotiation skills

The ability to prioritise and balance multiple tasks
