Position SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Claims Analyst to join our growing team. This role is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and evaluating claims to determine eligibility and negotiate resolutions in compliance with company policies and state regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process a high volume of claims to ensure timely and accurate payments to customers and providers.Handle customer reimbursement requests and inquiries regarding claim status.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Validate daily NHS wire payments and manage exceptions.Reconcile Customer Preferred Pricing transactions.Analyze and enter claims data into the proprietary operating system.Index invoices and perform general administrative duties including filing.Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of office experience in data entry, dispatch, claims, or provider relations.(Open to entry-level candidates with a Bachelor's degree.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to influence others and work collaboratively.Self-starter with a creative approach to problem-solving.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
