Job Description:

(30 days training in office in Louisville, KY then 100% virtual after)

The Claims Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and resolving insurance claims to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement. This role involves identifying trends in denials, researching payer requirements, and working closely with billing, collections, and appeals teams to reduce outstanding accounts receivable. The Claims Analyst will maintain detailed documentation, communicate with payers and internal stakeholders, and provide recommendations for process improvements to support compliance and efficiency in the revenue cycle.
