The Claims Advisory Team Leader will proactively manage, lead, and coach a team to ensure the delivery of Service Level Agreements and client satisfaction. This role supports best practice through staff development and the implementation and management of new initiatives. The successful candidate will adopt and promote Marsh values and behaviours, driving a positive and collaborative culture across the business.
We will count on you to:
Ensure the team meets Marsh service level agreements, key performance indicators, and business objectives through effective people and process management.
Oversee day-to-day operational activities, managing and prioritising workloads to meet deadlines and maintain service quality.
Proactively manage team performance to achieve quality, compliance, and productivity targets, including measuring, analysing, and reporting progress.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and third parties, effectively managing challenging situations.
Lead and support change initiatives, promote compliance with regulatory requirements, and foster a Treating Customers Fairly culture within the team.
What you need to have:
Advanced workload management and communication skills.
Proven experience in people management, coaching, and delegation.
Strong influencing, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Experience managing relationships within a customer service environment.
Working knowledge of the insurance industry and proficient IT skills.
Minimum of 5 GCSEs A-C or equivalent, including English and Maths.

Previous technical experience in claims or related insurance functions.
