Job Description

Handle a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Independently manage cases and collaborate with other attorneys as needed Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances Provide clients with ongoing updates and strategic guidance Research legal issues and craft case strategies

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of civil litigation experience Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills Experience handling depositions, motion practice, and client communication Active Ohio bar license in good standing Ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail and deadlines
