**Job Title: Civil Laborer** Job Description We are seeking two civil laborers to join our team. The role involves performing silt fence installation, installing waddles, shoveling, raking, laying down hydroseeding, and working around basins. Responsibilities + Install silt fences and waddles. + Perform shoveling and raking tasks. + Lay down hydroseeding. + Work around basins. Essential Skills + 2+ years of experience in solar projects. + 2+ years of civil construction background. + Civil construction skills including silt fence and erosion control. Work Environment Employees will work on the civil scope of a solar project, adhering to a standard construction schedule of Monday to Friday, 10-hour shifts. The role includes breaks for lunch and morning/afternoon. A per diem of $120 is provided. Work attire is necessary on-site. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Alberta, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
