Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Design Intern to join our team!

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide drafting and design assistance for a wide variety of projects, from report stage through design and construction administrationBecome familiar with engineering plans and specifications and assigned softwareFollow production guidelines and project standards in the department drafting standards manualApproach tasks with an open mindsetPerform field work under direction of othersCollect and prepare data for evaluationMay occasionally interpret general designs prepared by engineers or designers to complete minor detailsCoordinate with other technicians, designers, and engineers to complete details and ensure a cohesive designEnsure timely completion of time sheets and expense reportsTake ownership of personal career development by seeking and providing feedback, seizing opportunities to develop new skills, and setting and pursuing personal goals

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Pursuing a degree in a relevant STEM fieldMust possess excellent technical and communication skills

Salary Range: $21.88 - $38.27
