Job Title: Civil Engineer Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to take on a project management role at a small civil engineering firm. Our firm boasts a diverse project portfolio, including stormwater modeling and design, commercial and light industrial permitting and design, as well as retail, public, and utilities infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Interface with clients and manage client communications.Write proposals and develop project budgets.Review design work and compile plan sets.Assist designers with project tasks.Manage projects focusing on site development, grading, land development, site plan, and roadway design.Essential Skills
Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD Civil 3D.Strong knowledge in civil site design, stormwater design, and roadway design.Project management experience with at least one year in a related role.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Excellent client communication skills.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, but open to candidates with an Engineer In Training (EIT) status who have project management experience.Experience in land development, residential, and commercial projects.Experience in budgeting and proposal writing.Work Environment
Our office is located in a beautiful downtown Troutdale setting, featuring natural light and an open-air concept. The work culture emphasizes a small, collaborative team environment consisting of three Professional Engineers and two designers. While there is a focus on being in the office, a flexible hybrid work schedule of 2-3 days at home is available. We offer a people-oriented atmosphere with the option to bring well-behaved dogs into the office.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Troutdale, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
