Description Seeking a Civil PE/PM to work in an amazing growing office. Applicants should have extensive experience in civil engineering and a strong interest in infrastructure design, sustainable development, and multidisciplinary project work. This role involves leading and managing diverse projects from initial planning through design coordination and final approvals. Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D is essential. - Lead and develop projects from conceptual planning to coordination of project development through design, agency approvals, and construction. - Perform code analysis and research on technical aspects of a project. - Plan, organize, and coordinate with the project team. - Interact with clients and agency staff to attain design and permit approvals for the vision of the project and technical solutions. - Oversight and mentoring civil staff on the various professional and technical related efforts. Licensure, or ability to be licensed, in Washington, Oregon, and/or California, is required. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Portland, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $155000.00/yr.
