Frequent contacts require the capability to persuade, influence and/or motivate all levels of contractor representatives and team at the site. A fully qualified engineer, proficient in the utilization of current engineering theories and practices that can conduct inspections, identify and address any issues or challenges that do not align with contract specifications arising during the project life cycle.
