About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to join our growing team. This position offers hands‑on involvement in land development, site design, contour grading, and storm/sanitary sewer engineering for both private and municipal clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to learn, grow, and advance within the civil engineering field.
What You’ll DoDevelop contour grading and site layouts for various land development projects.Design storm sewer and sanitary sewer systems aligned with local and state standards.Support private and municipal land development and site design projects.Prepare plans and technical documentation using AutoCAD Civil 3D.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and cross‑disciplinary teams.Assist with permitting, coordination with municipalities, and project submittals.What We’re Looking For0–3 years of experience in civil engineering.Proficiency in Civil 3D (required).Experience or exposure to land development and site development.Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and problem‑solving ability.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Experience in private development or site development (preferred).Exposure to transportation engineering is a plus but not required.Why Join UsGrowing company with significant opportunities for career advancement.Diverse project portfolio across private and public sectors.Supportive team environment with training and mentorship.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Milwaukee, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
