Civil Engineer Open to Entry Level / Recent Graduates

We’re seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing, collaborative team. This role is a great fit for early‑career engineers who want hands‑on experience, strong mentorship, and exposure to a wide range of project types. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers on commercial, multi‑family residential, retail, and multi‑disciplinary development projects—gaining the skills and confidence to grow in the field.

What You’ll DoAssist engineers in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering and land development projects.Develop site plans with a focus on grading, stormwater management, and drainage system design.Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to prepare accurate drawings, layouts, and design documentation.Produce detailed civil site plans, including grading, utilities, and drainage designs.Ensure all work adheres to applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.Communicate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders throughout all project phases.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (minimum GPA 3.0).0–5 years of civil engineering experience.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Prior civil engineering internship experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization.Sponsorship is not available for this position.Preferred QualificationsEIT certification or PE licensure (preferred, not required).Experience with civil site design, grading, and drainage systems.Familiarity with stormwater and general land development design principles.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
