We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our dynamic and ambitious firm that has consistently achieved revenue growth since its inception. This position offers the opportunity to work in a small, capable engineering firm with large capabilities and talented leadership. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited four-year university and at least five years of experience in related design work. A professional engineering license in Civil Engineering from the State of California and a QSD/QSP qualification are preferred but not required.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare construction documents and specifications to accompany them.Develop Erosion Control Plans, SWPPP’s, and WQMP’s.Prepare proposals and resource budgets for projects.Essential SkillsProficient knowledge of AutoCAD is required.Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is preferred.Professional engineering license in Civil Engineering from the State of California is preferred.QSD/QSP qualification is preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in plumbing design and mechanical engineering.Knowledge of HVAC design and Revit MEP.LEED AP accreditation is a plus.Work EnvironmentOur firm was founded in 1997 as a Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire & Life Safety Engineering consultancy and has grown into a well-established local and national engineering resource.
