We are seeking a skilled Civil Site Project Engineer with over 3 years of experience to join our dynamic team.
ResponsibilitiesConduct civil engineering design, including site layout, grading and drainage, erosion control, stormwater management, hydrologic/hydraulic analysis, and utility design.Collaborate with Project Managers and other staff on various project types, such as schools, office buildings, manufacturing facilities, parking garages, and multi-family housing.Prepare Construction Documents, including engineering drawings and specifications.Write technical reports.Provide engineering support during construction.Prepare hydraulic calculations and drainage reports, including calculations and spreadsheets.Prepare construction bid documents.Essential SkillsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related discipline.3+ years of experience in site development, stormwater, or water/wastewater engineering.Experience using AutoCAD Civil 3D in a professional setting.Proficiency in drainage design and hydraulic calculations.Additional Skills & QualificationsProfessional experience with drainage design and hydraulics calculations.Professional Engineer (PE) certification.Passed Fundamentals of Engineering exam or planning to take the exam soon.Work EnvironmentThis position is based in a typical Engineering Consulting Firm with a cubicle environment. The atmosphere is somewhat quiet, with many great colleagues to collaborate with on diverse projects. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible scheduling options available, such as 7 AM to 3 PM. Core working hours are from 9 AM to 3 PM. The team is composed of nine members, including engineers and drafters/designers, primarily working on industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and school projects. The work culture is relaxed, with a focus on character and personality, offering a stable environment with low turnover.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr.
