Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team and contribute to land development and site design projects. This role specializes in stormwater and drainage design, offering an opportunity to work with senior engineers on various incoming projects. Project types include commercial, multi-family residential, multi-disciplinary, and retail developments, with a focus on stormwater design, land development, traffic engineering, and landscape architecture.

ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with senior engineers to support incoming projects.Design and develop stormwater and drainage systems.Create site plans for various project types including commercial and residential developments.Engage in land development and traffic engineering tasks.Ensure compliance with relevant engineering standards and regulations.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering.Experience in drainage, grading, utilities, and stormwater management/design.Additional Skills & QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license.Experience with landscape architecture.Ability to put together comprehensive site plans.Work Environment

This role offers a dynamic work environment utilizing advanced technologies such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainville, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
