What You’ll Do

As a key contributor on our engineering team, you will:

Partner closely with senior engineers on a wide range of active and incoming development projectsDesign stormwater and drainage systems that meet regulatory and environmental requirementsCreate detailed site plans for commercial, multi‑family residential, retail, and mixed‑use developmentsSupport land development efforts, including grading, utilities, traffic engineering elements, and site layoutCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including landscape architectureWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering3+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land developmentStrong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3DHands-on experience with drainage design, grading, utilities, and stormwater managementAbility to prepare comprehensive, accurate site plans

This is a Permanent position based out of Groton, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
