What You’ll Do
As a key contributor on our engineering team, you will:
+ Partner closely with senior engineers on a wide range of active and incoming development projects
+ Design stormwater and drainage systems that meet regulatory and environmental requirements
+ Create detailed site plans for commercial, multi‑family residential, retail, and mixed‑use developments
+ Support land development efforts, including grading, utilities, traffic engineering elements, and site layout
+ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including landscape architecture
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
+ 3+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development
+ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
+ Hands-on experience with drainage design, grading, utilities, and stormwater management
+ Ability to prepare comprehensive, accurate site plans

Job Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Groton, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $65.00/hr.
