Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in Project Management, Design, Municipal Meetings, and Construction Administration services. The role involves providing subject matter expertise in engineering activities and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee Project Management and Design, Municipal Meetings, and Construction Administration services.Offer subject matter expertise to clients and assist internal groups in engineering activities.Evaluate designs for subsystem components and oversee vendor visits.Participate in design review meetings with the engineering department.Analyze and ensure efficient implementation of engineering procedures, monitoring outcomes.Maintain an efficient interface with engineering systems and processes, adhering to best industry practices to resolve client issues.Administer complex problems and design effective resolutions, coordinating with customer management.Assist various departments in resolving issues related to engineering processes.Manage fiscal and technological processes within required timeframes.Evaluate various tests for engineering processes, coordinating with developer contractors, and present project presentations.Investigate process discrepancies and recommend resolutions for clients.Coordinate with engineering support staff and provide assistance to all programs.Maintain knowledge of required technologies and assist in advanced research.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.Experience in civil engineering, including design and management aspects.Proficiency in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and drafting software.Experience in land development, stormwater management, and site development.Familiarity with municipal engineering and civil site design.Ability to manage projects, including drainage, grading, and site plans.Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the public sector is advantageous.Strong communication skills and self-starter attitude.Work Environment
