Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in site design with expertise in AutoCAD Civil 3D and land development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing site geometric design, grading, stormwater calculations, and plan production. This role requires effective project management skills and the ability to collaborate with clients, governing bodies, and team members to deliver projects from start to finish in the design phase. Responsibilities + Perform site geometric design, grading, stormwater calculations, and plan production utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Manage projects effectively, communicating with clients, governing bodies, and team members. + Coordinate and perform all drafting efforts on a project, ensuring compliance with company production and design standards. + Train team members in design processes and techniques. Essential Skills + Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil Engineering. + Engineer In Training (EIT) certification with at least 2 years of experience. + Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D. + Familiarity with submittal schedules and timelines for civil-site design projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in land development and civil engineering design. + Ability to produce high-quality designs and train others in design techniques.
