Responsibilities + Serve as the primary client contact for projects. + Oversee projects from conception through completion. + Apply innovative design practices to obtain project entitlements. + Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and agencies. + Embrace new and unique management practices. Essential Skills + Licensed Professional Engineer (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Minnesota. + Experience in civil engineering design on small, medium, and large-scale projects. + Utility design experience for water distribution and sewage collection systems. + Proficiency in using Civil 3D and Office 365 software. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong team, client, and agency collaboration/communication skills. Work Environment This role offers the flexibility to work in the office approximately 50% of the time, with the option for remote work as desired. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.86 - $62.50/hr.
