Job Title: Civil EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team involved in land development projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in site grading, stormwater management, and NPDES permitting to our innovative and laid-back work environment.

ResponsibilitiesDesign site layouts for both commercial and residential projects.Plan and execute grading and utilities design.Develop erosion and sedimentation control plans.Manage DEP permitting processes, including NPDES.Design effective stormwater management systems.Create sanitary sewer and roadway designs.Contribute to various land development initiatives.Essential SkillsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of experience in land development.Proficiency in Civil 3D software.Experience with site grading, stormwater management, and NPDES permitting.Additional Skills & QualificationsEngineer in Training (EIT) certification is a plus.Experience in civil design, E&S design, stormwater management design, erosion control, and sediment control.Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our office, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with the company's President and Vice President. Our small team of 15 fosters a collaborative atmosphere where you can engage with multiple projects, all within a relaxed and supportive environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.05 - $39.42/hr.
