We are seeking a skilled Civil Designer responsible for preparing construction drawings for civil design projects. This role involves site survey integration, topographic mapping to establish site base maps, and the layout of site locations and facilities. Additionally, the designer will handle site demolition, preparation, grading, and paving, as well as stormwater modeling and management facilities. The position requires expertise in site utility design, including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer systems. You will also be responsible for building integration and designing other facility structures such as fencing, retaining walls, site wastewater, and potable water systems drawings.
ResponsibilitiesPrepare construction drawings for civil design projects.Integrate site surveys and create topographic maps for site base maps.Develop site location and facilities layout plans.Manage site demolition and preparation activities.Design site grading and paving plans.Conduct stormwater modeling and management.Design site utility systems including water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer.Integrate building structures and design facility structures like fencing and retaining walls.Create drawings for site wastewater and potable water systems.Essential SkillsProficiency in Civil 3D.Experience in site development and civil design.Competency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.Ability to handle grading and stormwater projects.Experience with hydrocad and WinSLAMM.Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.A minimum of 5 years' experience with Civil 3D.Work EnvironmentThe position involves a hybrid work schedule, with 1-2 days in the office per week and remote work on the remaining days. The work week is Monday through Friday.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
