**Customer Care Representative**
**City of Tulsa | Utilities Services Department**
**Location:** Tulsa, OK
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
**Pay:** $18.87
Manpower is hiring Customer Care Representatives for the City of Tulsa Utilities Call Center. This role will support residents with water, sewer, trash, and solid waste services questions. This is a phone-based, call center role—focused on delivering excellent service, resolving billing inquiries, and helping residents manage their accounts.
**Responsibilities**
+ Answer incoming calls regarding utility billing, payments, and service requests
+ Provide clear and accurate information about water, sewer, trash, and solid waste services
+ Assist customers with payment arrangements, account updates, and service changes
+ Process service requests and resolve concerns in a timely, professional manner
+ Use multiple systems to manage customer accounts and document all interactions
+ Stay up to date with department policies and procedures to ensure accurate information is shared
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ 1+ year of recent customer service /call center experience
+ Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
+ Accurate data entry and ability to navigate multiple systems/screens
+ Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
+ Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, but not required
