About the job:

Job Purpose & Objectives

Support the Taiwan Global Markets Sales team, including Equity, FX, credit and Rates business. 

Key Responsibilities

Assist in client on-boarding processes and responsible for client data maintenance

Provide feedback on client activity to internal stakeholders (mainly Trading, Sales Trading)

Collaborate with support functions to sales

Suggest ideas to enable cost efficiencies, reduction of operational risk, and scalability of the activity

Report on performance and potential issues to direct management, and more generally support management as and when required 

Prepare trade documentations (Chinese/English), provide quotations to clients, and execute trades

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor degree

Licenses: Senior Securities Specialist (Taiwan SITCA)

Minimum 1 year experience in the Global Markets product industry and trading

Knowledge & Skills

Strong interpersonal skills, confident, excellent communication and presentation skills

Reliable and trustable

Language

Fluent in English and Chinese
