CIB – Payments & E-Commerce Sales – Treasury Services Corporate Associate

Responsible for supporting Payments & e-Commerce Sales Corporate team in Sao Paulo with client management, business performance, reporting and contract management, as well as other related activities.

 Job Responsibilities

Timely and accurate confirmation of daily deposits made to retail bank by Corporate clientsDaily monitoring and tracking of deposit transactions utilizing internal and external systemsResolve and remediate discrepancies, customer inquiries, and ad-hoc requestsTimely and accurate exception handing and customer communicationParticipate in process improvement initiatives designed to improve workflowApply and update standard operating proceduresAchieving contract service level agreements and expectations with regard to timeliness, accuracy and the overall quality of the resultsSupport for sales team with strategic projects associated with management reports and presentations and business reviewsUnderstanding the client's account structure, cash flow, and product usageReviewing and analyzing data to identify key trends or risk issues and provide overall summary and actionable recommendations regarding volume fluctuations, data variances, etcSupporting product implementations/conversions working with internal and external clientsConducting pricing analysis and supporting the development of pricing strategy/recommendationsEnsuring the maintenance of existing business through high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsStrong attention to detailMust be self-motivated and able to research, analyze, organize and prioritize work with guidanceExperience with external customer, initiating communication to internal/external stakeholders preferredStrong desire and aptitude to learn and question current processesDemonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and proceduresTime management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and strong analytical and quantitative skillAbility to mobilize internal networks and resourcesFluent in English
