Ci2C Collection Analyst

This provides opportunities for learning, growing, job moves and a diversified, fulfilling career._ **Main responsibilities** + Deliver collections management services to SBO + Review AR ageing reports + Perform collection & dunning from the related system + Determine appropriate escalations & follow-up actions as per defined process + Dispute & Claim Management – qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage dispute resolution under Ci2C responsibility + Contribute to business and customer collection strategy reviews + Execute in compliance with Sanofi policies and guidelines + Complete all activities as per the global Core Model and operational KPIs + Develop expert level knowledge of the activities in scope as well as local knowledge of entities in scope and become a super-user + Pro-actively anticipate operational issues and coach junior analysts + Build, document and transfer CI2C Core Model process knowledge (Level 6/7) relating to collections management + Prepare KPI reports on weekly/monthly basis + Handling ad-hoc task defined by line manager **_About you_** **Experience** : + At least 3 years’ experience in Customer service, Order to Cash - Credit & Collection management or similar (essential) preferably in Pharma + Graduate degree in accounting or finance (advantageous) + Hands-on knowledge of collections & receivable activities (essential) + Experience in working within a Business Services organization (advantageous) + Good business acumen (advantageous) + Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous) + Attentive to detail and works with precision (advantageous) **Hard and Soft Skills** : **Technical skills** + Hands-on experience of SAP (essential) in S4 Hana preferably, FI (essential) and other accounts receivable related IT tools (advantageous) + Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise of MS Excel (essential) **Interpersonal skills** + Ability to interact with internal clients in a professional manner (essential) + Is self-motivated, well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner + Well-inclined towards change and has the ability to work under pressure. + Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with front line teams with an end-to-end mindset (essential) + Good communication skills (advantageous) **Languages** : + Excellent English and Greek written and verbal + Any other European language written and verbal \#Sanofi \#SanofiCareers \#joinSanofi \#jobopportunities \#careeropportunities \#sscjob \#Sanofi_Budapest_Hub \#Budapest \#LI-EUR \#LI-hybrid \#o2c \#ci2ccollection \#greek **Pursue** **_progress_** **, discover** **_extraordinary_** Better is out there.
