Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Chronic RN-Dialysis Clinic to join their team. As a Chronic RN, you will be part of the nursing team supporting patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD). The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, which will align successfully with the organization.
**Job Title:** Chronic RN-Dialysis Clinic
**Location:** Gresham, OR
**Pay Range:** Up to $50/hr
**Shift:** 8 hours
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide and coordinate clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients.
+ Perform ongoing, systematic collection and analysis of patient data pre, during, and post hemodialysis treatment.
+ Educate patients and families about treatment options and care plans.
+ Administer medications as prescribed and document medical justification and effectiveness.
+ Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care outcomes.
**What's Needed?**
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
+ Current appropriate state licensure.
+ Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years.
+ Chronic hemodialysis experience required.
+ Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification.
