**Our client, a leading provider in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team.** As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of the clinical care department supporting dialysis treatment teams. The ideal candidate will have **strong clinical judgment** , **excellent communication skills** , and **a collaborative mindset** , which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN) – Dialysis
**Location: WI, Madison**
**Pay Range:** $49.00/hour
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for patients with End Stage Kidney Disease (ESKD)
+ Perform ongoing assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of patient care
+ Administer medications and initiate emergency response measures as needed
+ Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
+ Supervise and support direct patient care staff including RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians
**What’s Needed?**
+ Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
+ Current state RN licensure and CPR BLS Certification
+ Minimum 1 year of nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years
+ Minimum 3 months of chronic/acute hemodialysis experience
+ Ability to pass Ishihara's Color Blindness test (reasonable accommodations considered)
