🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:Operate the chop line to cut carbon fiber strands with accuracy and speedTie spools for continuous feed and monitor cut specs via HMI screenKeep eyelets clean and functioning smoothlySeal bags of finished product and build backup chopper heads🧠 What You Bring:1+ year of manufacturing experienceSkilled in machine operation and fabricationComfortable using hand tools and performing general laborBasic math skills to keep things running right🌟 Bonus Points For:Experience in production, packaging, construction, or carpentry🏭 Work Environment:Hot conditions (up to 120°F in summer) — full protective gear providedDress code: long sleeves, pants, steel-toed bootsBreaks: Two 15-minute breaks + one 30-minute lunch💵 Pay & Shift Info:Pay: \\$22.26–\\$23.92/hourShift: 12-hour shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 scheduleAvailable Shift: 3rd shiftReady to chop your way into a rewarding career? The pay range for this position is $22.26 - $23.92/hr.
